Motivation and Context

The current implementations of ChatGPT Apps and MCP Apps rely on Resource metadata
This is a missing implementation in the current Python SDK which disables usage of decorator as an example.

How Has This Been Tested?

Unit testing and end to end integration (MCP Inspector/ChatGPT)
